The digital display temperature controller is a microcomputer temperature control based on a single-chip microcomputer.
Basic functions:
1. The temperature measurement and display of the controlled object;
2. The upper and lower temperature limits and the on and off control of the controlled equipment;
3. The setting and control of the compressor stop delay time when the controller is used for refrigeration;
4. Choice of cooling and heating control modes;
5. Temperature sensor fault display (open circuit or short circuit);
6. Defrosting cycle and defrosting time can be adjusted;
7. The controller uses software to calibrate the temperature measurement, and it is under measurement The temperature measurement accuracy is guaranteed within the temperature range, and the user does not need to modify the temperature.

Function and operation
1. Temperature display: display the actual temperature measurement value after the control is powered on.
2. Parameter setting:
(1) Enter the setting state: In order to prevent misoperation, you must press the "SET" key three times to enter the setting state.
(2) After the controller enters the setting state, the lower limit setting value (L) is displayed first, and the setting value can be changed by pressing "∧" and "∨".
(When it is set to a negative value, the minus sign flashes.) Press the "SET" button again, the lower limit setting value is stored, and the upper limit setting value is displayed (). The upper limit setting value and compressor can be changed in the same way. Stop delay time (Y), control mode (J), defrost cycle ().
If there is an error between the cold storage temperature and the temperature displayed on the meter, press the "SET" key to set the storage temperature sensor calibration (display COO, calibration range -6ºC~+6ºC). After the setting is completed, press "SET" to confirm.
(3) When the upper limit setting value ≤ lower limit setting value, the controller automatically adjusts the upper limit setting value = lower limit setting value + 1ºC.
(4) Exit setting: If you don't press any key within 16 seconds, the controller will automatically exit the setting state, the setting value is stored, and the temperature measurement value is still displayed on the display.
Warning 1: After modifying the set value, you must press the "SET" button again to confirm and save the set value, otherwise the controller cannot control according to the new set value.
Warning 2: If the machine shuts down without exiting after setting, the new setting value cannot be saved.
3. Automatic operation:
(1) The controller is set to refrigeration mode, the compressor cannot be turned on immediately after power-on, and a delay of several minutes (determined by Y value) is required. At this time, the decimal point of the last digital tube flashes to indicate waiting. Press "∨" three times to cancel the delay. After the delay time expires, the relay determines whether to pull in or not according to the measured value and the upper and lower limits set by the temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the compressor refrigeration. (≥ upper limit to make it work, ≤ lower limit to close). When the compressor is working, the decimal point of the last digital tube is always on.
(2) When the controller is set to heating mode, it is opposite to cooling mode. When the measured value is less than or equal to the lower temperature limit, the relay is closed to control heating, and when the measured value is greater than or equal to the upper temperature limit, the relay is released. When heating, the decimal point of the last digital tube is always on.
(3) Exit the automatic working state: cut off the power to exit.
4. Failure:
(1) When the following conditions are encountered, it will enter the fault state: A, the sensor is open or the measured temperature is less than -50, the display shows -PP; B, the sensor is open or the measured temperature is greater than -50, the display shows FF.
(2) After a fault occurs, the relay is released and the entire display screen flashes.
(3) After the fault is eliminated, the display will stop flashing, but the temperature measurement value is still displayed.
5. Control output defrosting:
After the machine runs the set defrosting cycle or non-defrosting, press "∧" for more than 3 seconds to start defrosting, and refrigeration output is prohibited during defrosting. When the defrosting time runs out or when defrosting, press "∧" for more than 3 seconds to end defrosting. Re-run the defrost cycle after the machine is powered on or after the defrost is over. When either the defrost cycle or defrost time is set to 0, the timing defrost function is cancelled, but manual defrost is allowed when the defrost time is not 0.
6. Manual defrosting:
(1) When the defrost time setting value is not 0, the manual defrost function is allowed.
(2) When not defrosting, press and hold "∧" for more than 3 seconds to manually start defrosting.
(3) When defrosting, press "∧" for more than 3 seconds to stop defrosting manually.
Warning: 1, zero line, 2, live line, refrigeration, heating are 1, 3 output, 2, 4 in series. Must be connected to AC contactor. In order to prolong the service life of the instrument, a relay or contactor is required for a power above 100.
